 1、 Hierarchical structure design

Inner layer (corrosion-resistant layer)
Material: High density nitrile rubber (HNBR) or fluororubber (FKM), resistant to corrosion from oil, gas, acidic and alkaline media.
Function: Smooth the inner wall to reduce fluid resistance and prevent media from penetrating and causing delamination.
Enhancement layer (pressure bearing layer)
Material: Multi layer high-strength steel wire weaving or winding (such as left/right spiral cross winding), partially reinforced with Kevlar fiber (aramid).
Design:
Steel wire layers: 4-6 layers (pressure resistance range 35~105MPa), with rubber bonding between layers to ensure uniform stress distribution;
Winding angle: 54 °~56 ° Optimized balance of axial and radial strength, resistant to pulse and instantaneous impact.
Outer layer (protective layer)
Material: chloroprene rubber (CR) or polyurethane (PU), wear-resistant, UV resistant, and weather resistant.
Features: Surface groove or ripple design enhances resistance to external compression and mechanical wear.
2、 Key structural innovation
High temperature and high pressure sealing joint
Type: Flange or clamp type metal joint, embedded with O-ring seal (fluororubber material);
Process: Integrated vulcanization molding to avoid thread loosening and leakage, and adapt to severe vibration at the wellhead.
Anti flex strengthening design
Dynamic bending structure: reinforced layer and elastic rubber composite, with a minimum bending radius of less than 5 times the pipe diameter;
Anti twisting support: Built in spiral steel wire skeleton to prevent the hose from collapsing or twisting under high pressure.
Explosion proof safety redundancy
Redundancy of blasting pressure: Design blasting pressure ≥ 4 times the working pressure (in accordance with API 16C standard);
Pressure relief label: The outer rubber layer is equipped with a pressure indicator line to provide early warning in case of abnormal expansion.
3、 Structural adaptation scenario
Well control operation: multi-layer steel wire reinforcement+high-temperature sealed joint, capable of handling instantaneous high pressure above 70MPa at the wellhead;
Acidic gas field: Fluorine rubber inner layer+aramid fiber reinforcement, resistant to H ₂ S and CO ₂ corrosion;
Deep sea drilling: polyurethane outer layer+anti salt spray coating to prevent seawater erosion and biological attachment.
